PAG Consultancy were requested to attend and assess a large residential property which had been in receipt of building waste, skip fines and soil as result of unregulated waste deposit and disposal.

Our client required a prompt and professional response to attend a large property where the mortgage company was repossessing the property as a result of bankruptcy.  On repossession it was found a significant tonnage of waste had been deposited across the property gardens and adjoining field.  PAG Consultancy were commissioned to attend, sample materials, conduct appropriate soil contamination analysis and provide expert opinion to the client on suitability, and estimate costs of waste disposal at licenced facilities.
