Our Managing Director and Principal Consultant, Dr Paul Gibbs, was relieved to take delivery of the first PAG Consultancy Ltd vehicle this week. He is hopeful for a little bit less hiking across muddy fields carrying soil sampling equipment, and the resulting samples, although commented "This will not remove the need for hands on soil science in the field, simply getting there might be a little less taxing !". Thanks to Steve, and colleagues, at Sandicliffe Ford Transit Centre for organising delivery.

Working at aircraft accident sites has the potential to expose site visitors to a wide range of health and safety hazards. These hazards, generated by the damage to structures, systems, components and aircraft contents, are variable in nature and will themselves be influenced by the factors associated with the accident scenario e.g. location, weather conditions, environment security etc. In response to a potential need, and in line with client requirements, PAG Consultancy has recently undertaken a review of the requirements of "Hazards at Aircraft Accident Sites" in compliance with the requirements within UK HSE INDG 342, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) Blood-borne Pathogens Standard (CFR 1910.1030) and with ICAO Circular 315.
